About 2 weeks ago we finally had a chance to go to the Botanical Garden. There is an amazing exhibit here until the end of the month and I really wanted to see it. We also happened to go during the time that Pumpkin was learning about butterflies at school, so she was really interested in the butterfly exhibit. It was a really hot afternoon, but a wonderful time. We are going to try to get back before the glass leaves just so we can soak in the beauty a little bit more. We went in the late afternoon so the sun was streaming through the glass and plants so magically. It was a perfect time.
The butterflies were so beautiful. Pumpkin and I could have stayed there all afternoon.
I have been trying to take more images for myself and to expand my horizons on photography. Living in such a unique and beautiful area really opens my eyes. We will see what comes next!
