Two great kids

I had so much fun taking pictures of this wonderful family. This mom and I have been trying to find a time for weeks now to get pictures of her kids. The first time we tried it was rainy and WAY too windy to handle the outdoors. This family braved 100+ degree temps to get this session done. It was so much fun. These kids (and parents) are just so sweet and wonderful to know. I am glad we were finally able to get together to capture these moments. I hope you like them. There are many more I am still working on, these are some of my initial favorites.
You can't plan on smiles like these, aren't they just adorable!
I LOVE his cheeks. We were taking pictures around a lot of different water features. He just wanted to jump in and play. It's hard to say no to that face
This is such a loving couple. They juggle so much in their lives, but you would never know while talking with either of them. What beautiful parents and people.

"O" had a good time taking pictures. We were not sure how the kids would do in the heat, but she was loving it.

Motherhood creates such a special bond. There is something so sweet and special about this one.

I just loved taking pictures of this family. They are beautiful people inside and out.

Thank you both for asking me to take these images. Even with the heat, there were some special moments captured. There are many more and I can not wait for you to see them all. Hope you enjoy!

Wedded Bliss

I had the pleasure and honor of shooting my first wedding this past weekend. It was such an amazing experience. The bride was the mother of a friend of mine. There is something magical about a bride on her wedding day, such beauty and grace. I am thankful for the opportunity to share these moments and capture them for this wonderful couple. I learned so much from doing this shoot and absolutely love some of the images. I could not wait to share them!

This is the bride's son walking her down the aisle. She could not keep her eyes off of the groom. It was so touching.

He was just beaming from ear to ear watching her walk down the aisle.

He swept her into his arms for a dance as soon as they walked down the aisle. Such a perfect moment...

The three granddaughters were the flower girls. The colors everyone wore were so vibrant, I could not resist playing with the images.

This was a wonderful afternoon spent with special people. I am thankful they trusted me to capture these moments.
